Generally this section is for the Annual Single Global Currency Conferences which will be conducted in July of each year. The first four conferences were held at the Mt. Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods, New Hampshire, USA, the site of the 1944 Monetary Conference. However, the remoteness of the location and the scheduling during the summer led to low attendance.
The 2008 conference will be held in Boston, U.S.A., together with the annual conference of the Eastern Economic Association from Friday-Sunday, 7-9 March 2008. The Single Global Currency Association will conduct two sessions on Sunday morning, 9 March, and will have its own meeting and conference on Sunday afternoon, at 1:30 p.m.
