About Us

The Single Global Currency Association (SGCA) is constantly asking economists, and others with a published interest in the issues relating to the Single Global Currency, about their views of the single global currency.

The first such methodical "polling" came with the emailing of the proposed letter to the 30 Finance Ministers of the OECD countries. (See Latest News, 9 September 2003).  During August, 2003, over 600 economists were asked to add their names to the list of authorized signers.

Subsequently, as other economists working in this area became known to the SGCA, they are being sent emails asking about their interest in the Single Global Currency, and specifically their opinion about its utility and feasibility.  (See Ratings System)
